Sauced: D&W Blue Ribbon BBQ Sauce
Sauce Stats
In the Texas tradition, D&W BBQ Sauce is tomato-based, runs thin, and is more tangy than sweet. While it loses some complexity after being cooked, out of the jar it has great layers of flavor that were strong enough to hold up to Lone Star standards like brisket and sausage.

Sauced: Moonlite Original Bar-B-Q Sauce
Sauce Stats
Having a very smooth and mellow balance between tomato and vinegar, this sauce works best as a dip or condiment, best suited to dress a plate of mutton in the true Moonlite tradition.

Sauced: Arthur Bryant's Sweet Heat
Sauce Stats
Striking and excellent balance between sweet and heat, tomato and mustard, with just the right vinegar tartness thrown in, Arthur Bryant's Sweet Heat lives up the name this Kansas City institution has worked over a century to build.

Sauced: Blues Hog Barbecue Sauce
Sauce Stats
A sauce clearly designed with competition in mind, Blues Hog's syrupy texture and heavy-handed flavors adds a glisten and a ton of taste to meat. The only problem, this isn't always the best thing for the home griller.
